1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following criteria:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item is in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is available

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items

If you received an item that is:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective or faulty

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will arrange:

  • A replacement item, OR

  • A full refund, OR

  • A store credit (optional)

3. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns only if:

  • The product is unopened and unused

  • All packaging and seals are intact

  • The return request is made within 14 days

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Personal care or grooming products

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Exchanges depend on product availability.

Please ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
